Take a conversation with you Chat menu (⋯) → Export gives you the conversation as a Markdown file. It is yours; keep it where you like.

Delete a conversation Chat menu (⋯) → Delete. Available now.

Download everything There is no single-file download of everything; export conversations one by one. The app menu shows this as "Download everything: coming soon".

Delete your account Write to privacy@parrhesia.one. Settings › Account carries the same line.
