Holding instead of guessing An answer is held when it cannot be supported. The card names the reason, in your language:
- Wrong language — the answer came back in a language you did not ask for. The card offers the language pair as buttons.
- A source could not be opened — a claim needs a source and none could be reached, or the record of what was opened does not add up.
- Budget — the request reached its cost ceiling.
- Time limit — the request did not finish in time.
- Unknown — something else stopped it; the card says so plainly.
What you can do Try again repeats the same request unchanged. Choosing another language sends a new request that carries your original question and attachments. Remove document applies when an attached document caused the hold.
No red, no exclamation mark A held answer is a normal outcome. It means the house preferred to stop rather than deliver something it could not stand behind.
