What to do For a scan or a photo, wait for text recognition or paste the text yourself. For a .doc file, save as .docx. For a file over the size, split it or attach only the part you need. Then attach again.

What never happens No answer is built on a document that was not actually read. If the file was not attached, the answer does not quietly proceed as if it had been.
