A second reader, not the writer For researched answers, a separate model reads the draft against the sources that were opened and reports whether each claim is supported. This check runs independently of the model that wrote the draft. You see it as the line checking the answer before delivery… and, afterwards, in the answer's receipt.

What the check can say It can pass the draft, ask for a revision, or mark a claim as unsupported. An unsupported claim is not delivered as fact.

What it cannot do The check reads the draft against the sources it was given. It does not vouch for the sources themselves; their layer — primary, peer-reviewed, general — is shown so that you can weigh them.
